hi, friends! wow, october positively flew by, y’all. can’t believe it’s halloween! i hope y’all have a safe and spooky weekend! today is my office halloween costume contest, and myself and a few coworkers got really into it. i’ve always wanted to dress as kiss, and i was able to convince three others to do it with me. lookout for some photos of that if you follow me on social media (if you don’t already, please follow me on instagram!). i’ve also got a few more tricks up my sleeve for the weekend. i really love halloween and especially enjoy costumes that predominately revolve around clothes and styling. for example, i really like choosing costumes where you can wear a specific outfit and be instantly recognizable as a certain person or character, and especially when you can use items you already have in your wardrobe. this year i had more ideas than opportunities to wear a costume, so i’ll have to save some for next year. this post is not at all related to halloween, just a casual fall look shot by the amazing catherine truman. she and i met for an afternoon to take these photos and next week’s, and we had […]
