hi, friends!

happy friday! y’all, i cannot believe it’s already memorial day weekend! cma fest is right around the corner, which for me means a very busy and hectic work week! as hard as we work during that week, it’s also a lot of fun – and i usually make it to at least one of the nightly shows. here’s what i’ll be wearing – a breezy boho dress, ankle boots, piles of jewelry, and a pretty straw hat.

i’ve been dying for a new spell piece for a while…ever since the infamous blue spell gown, i hadn’t really fallen for anything. sometimes i like the prints, and sometimes i like the silhouettes, but i rarely like both. i absolutely loved this rust colorway and the simple bell-sleeve dress was right up my alley! while delaney and i were shooting, we stumbled on this patch of wildflowers (hell, i think they’re actually weeds) and we thought it was perfect for this dress. we both were inspired by the photos we’d seen from california’s superbloom, so here’s our very own tennessee version!
