romping around

hi, friends!

another year has come and gone; tomorrow is my birthday! i’m hoping to go ride astro boy, visit one of our retired horses, and enjoy dinner with some friends. this week i’m wearing a cute little romper i got from revolve clothing that has since sold out. i got it because i wanted something fun and different from anything else i owned to wear out and about, and it fit the bill! it’s sassy and a little flirty, and best of all — really comfortable in the heat.

i wore this romper to a 90’s dance party at a local bar recently and was quite comfortable — the bar is notoriously hot, and this was perfect for dancing. i threw on the hat for the post because when i bought the romper, i was inspired by thinking it would be fun for a sunny vacation or a day at arrington vineyards. i really don’t wear rompers all that often because they aren’t exactly practical, but they are definitely a fun alternative to a dress if you’re looking to change it up. change is good, right?
