it’s that time of year again…cma music festival in nashville! this is one of my busiest times for work, and it’s a hugely popular week for visitors coming to nashville. it’s also the same weekend that manchester, tn hosts bonnaroo, which is not far from town, and is attended by many more visitors and locals alike! festival fashion has reached a level of ubiquity that at this point is cliche, but i think there is room to standout from the cutoffs-and-flower-crowns set!
as you may or may not know, bonnaroo is much more your typical music festival – think camping, large venue with lots of walking, and the potential for all kinds of weather – so a romper and suede boots like this may not be especially practical for you if you’re doing the typical festival fashion experience, but it could definitely work for cma fest. cma is more contained with several stages spread across downtown nashville, and nightly concerts at nissan stadium that is much more conducive to a less casual look like this one. in any case, i hope you can glean some inspiration from this look! if you’re attending a music festival this season, be sure to dress comfortably so you can enjoy yourself! just be sure to incorporate some of your favorite accessories that show off who you are, rather than falling into the typical traps of “festival style.”
umm how beautiful are my judith bright sandalwood bracelets with my turquoise cuff? i’m so into them, i just want to keep adding to my collection! you can customize them by choosing different stones to pair with the sandalwood, and the beads themselves smell amazing!
