hi, friends!
well, it’s that time again…daylight savings has ended and it now gets dark at 5pm in nashville. so begins the hibernation! for me this time of year is really tough and i have trouble being motivated to do just about anything after work. i do enjoy the cooler weather, though, so it isn’t all bad.
anyway, sometimes to cheer myself up when i feel like all i want to do is stay home and eat popcorn and drink tea, i decide to wear a really fun outfit to work! this outfit is a variation of one i wore on a friday, and features more great pieces from vinnie louise.
style tip
this t-shirt dress is pretty long on me, but sometimes i want a little more length especially for work, so i love layering items over a half-slip like you see here. a half-slip is a wardrobe essential for situations like this, and the peekaboo lace adds a bit of interest and texture.
