hi, friends! hope you all are doing great! i’m really excited about these photos because they are some of my very favorite that i’ve done for the blog. delaney and i went somewhere we’d never gone and explored long hunter state park for this day of shooting, and got up extra early to see the beautiful morning light. i was really excited to show you this easy, pretty dress in hue-of-the-moment blush. i had a crush on this frock for a long time before finally snagging it on sale. i was really excited about it because for me, dresses are one of the easiest and most versatile things for me to style. i love that this dress has an easy swing shape, the pretty cutout in the back, and, honestly, a sleeve. it may not seem that important, but a dress with a sleeve can be more versatile than one that’s sleeveless; you don’t have to worry about your arms or a tan, it’s more modest for any kind of occasion when you might not want to go bare-armed, but you still get the femininity and comfort that comes with wearing dresses. i chose to dress this up more girly to […]
